I saw a part of an episode of pac-man. During that part, pac-man ate a power pellet and then told pac-baby to see how to munch on ghost. Pac-man was about to munch a ghost, however, the ghost pulled up the back end of... itself and on it, it said what the picture says... I made it look like the ghost is holding a tablet... I also tried to make it look creepy.
