Try downloading the repair off the eShop. You can find it at the bottom of the "Details" list.

I hope you get them back! I lost all my paintings once because my 3DS got stolen, but at least they remain on the gallery... Nice drawing, loved her eyes!

That happened to me one time! Actually, it does get fixed. So no need to worry. But I hate this glitchhh!! Btw, very beautiful painting!
