@pokemon pal: Deoxys is genderless (not a 'him') and the chances of obtaining a shiny Deoxys is pretty much impossible. Unless you used hax or caught it shiny in Emerald, transfered it to [4th gen game here] then transfered it to Black 2.
I'm assuming hax is the correct answer. <_<

Linkzen- there was an event for a shiny Deoxys. It is possible to obtain one because of the new event May 17.

P.S. you cant transfer from emerald to black; emerald is for GB. P.S, you spelled *hack* wrong.

And I can correct you too.
It's not May 17th yet. And the event starts on May 8th. You don't even get a shiny from that event. And I highly doubt pokemon pal has a Japanese cartridge for the shiny Japan-only event.
Emerald is for the GBA, not the GB.
In leet-speak, hack is spelled hax.
