Hey, thanks fornalways visiting and commenting on my stuff I really appreciate your feedback. :) I use photo refferences because that's how my head works a lot, I observe the image and it's detail and it helps me to know where I should place things. so basically I do better if I can look at an image on my computer/magazine/anywhere while I draw on my 3ds. haha. That however does leave me feeling like I didn't really draw the picture because the photograph does belong to someone else. I do like to take pictures myself also but don't have acces to epic animals eyes haha. It's good to search google though, I find it helps me observe the realizim and detail in things. My mind works funky so it's hard to explain. XD. Have a great day!

let's brighten up the mood here! i had the best tasting burger of my life yesterday(five guys, if u've heard of it u know what im talkin bout) and we had a nice family night out, we saw this HUGE plane fly really close to us, so close, the ppl inside waved, WAVED! :D but we culdn't get a picture cuz it was unexpected, and it came out of nowhere we were a close family, staying up all night, waiting for another plane to pass by (which never came) but it was fun singing and playing while waiting for it n_n

my finals r NEXT MONTH DX ur so lucky! im gonna be in school taking finals, while ur enjoying summer vacation, but atleast i get some end of the year activities :p awww but June 6th is so far away DX (that's when the end of year activities start, from June 6th, to the last day of school, June 13th) well it's nit THAT far away, and i DO get to swimming all next week (yes my school takes us swimming) so next week'll be a breeze :D

like around the end of Aprilish but i gotta go to orientation sometime before that, that's just sad, i go back the same time as u XD

WHAT?! SLEEP UNTIL NOON?!?! dude, that's WAY too late! while ur asleep, ima be doing all kinds of crazy things 7 hours before u even wake up XD dontchu kbow how much u miss if u sleep half the day? the latest i get up is 8:OOam :D

i culdn't sleep past 8 if i wanted to XD

well.....i guess that makes us even, i get 7 extra hours everyday of the summer, but u get like 2O extra days of the summer, so i guess we technically have the same amount of play time (unless u decide to get up early) but i'd still those extra 2O days, meh, 7 hours is not the same DX XD

my end of the year activities include:
six flags: great adventure
8th grade dance
citizen's bank park

graduation
shirts
carnival day (not looking forward to it, it gets worse every year T^T, in 5th grade it had rides, games, bouncy houses, waterslides, competitions, food, drinks, tickets, a dunk tank, prizes, and all kinds of sports, [rock climbing, football, soccer, etc] in 6th grade, it had food, drinks, bouncey houses, games, waterslides, competitions, tickets, a dunk tank, prizes, climbing walls and basketball tonaments, in 7th grade, it had hot dogs, a basketball tornament a waterless waterslide, ONE competition, walking, and that's it, [how culd they get rid of the bouncy house DX] i wonder what they'll subtract this year T_T)

And yes, you are improving. The best way is to challenge yourself, I do collabs and put pony OCs in them, I ask for only 30, but end up with 50. Right now, my latest one will have seventy five. My last one only had around thirty, but it was still challenging coming up with thirty OC for one of the most popular colors artists here (yes you're in it).
Keep doing your advices and encourages, and ignore the trolls. That one troll decided to spam me, all I did was ignore and he went away.

.-. that about your grandma... it's so da.mn sad. the painting of you sleeping and drea.ming peacefully... was about that grandma? I'm 24 and i still dont know how to deal with death... coz no one really close to me has ever died... the closest person who i knew and died (brain cancer, i think) was my grandma's maid. She was awesome, spoiled me as he.ll when i was a little kid haha i liked her so much... i was 15 or so at the time she died, but idk, to me, she just got fired or she's in some permanent vacation haha. i think i'll kinda snap when my grandma or my mother die. dear lord! your (short, if i may say) life would fill a book! and a good one too! haha speaking of books, have you ever thought of writing one? im dying to ilustrate one and my stepfather owns a publishing house, just saying... haha anyway! now i feel that you need a hug more than anyone here, except for all those countless kids with those depressing paintings ... i feel bad for them, so young and painting so strong and hardcore stuff.. shows real need for attention and help. Anyway, you didnt depressed me with your comment, just got me thinking of how people sometimes have to go through so much while so young. its so unfair, coz they lose a part of their childhood, but in the other hand they mature so much faster, which i believe was your case. It's me that may leave Colors soon. I love the community here, without Colors, I wouldn't of have drawn at all. The thing is, do these drawings really have high def quality? No.
I want my art to be great looking and huge without seeing pixels. I just got to drawing on the iPad, it's way better, I can change the size, I have more options, and the screen is bigger. Plus, another app that does vectors, if I want to do comments.
I made a drawing for a friend, and dang, that was the quality I was looking for.
Not only that, but in a few months, I will get a Macbook pro with photoshop, I will do my work there.

So what I'm saying, my next 1O-2O drawings will be my last, one of them being my biggest collab ever of up to 1OO artists, both pony and non pony artists.
