Cute, but you should have tried harder to keep the colours between the full-size and the chibi consistant. Also while the floral colour ref. wheel is clever and cute, it's not terribly useful if both colours for the eyes are in a single, partially obscured petal. And though it's meant as a ''reference sheet,'' there's no size references (usually the silouette of an adult human male next to the character's silouette) here, nor a back view. She could be fifty feet long with a third eye between her shoulders...
However, as a basic ref, it's pretty good! It's not needlessly cluttered with useless information or ''alternate outfits'' and even the bg is suitably subdued! All in all, a nice picture.
