Karkat is for some reason wearing a Link costume. His Lususprite has conveniently appeared to act like Navi, and the badly drawn Tavros has apparently mistaken the Link outfit for Pupa Pan cosplay.
So yeah... that's what's going on in this painting. I have a feeling Terezi had a hand in this...
