the power plant (pikachu v.2) by fudgepop01
the pikachu is from googlr, but not traced. A background was a great suggestion from skymin. I thought the setting of a power plant would fit best here. we all (whoever played r/b/g/y/fr/lg) remember the abundance of voltorb and electrode, so i had to include some.
