well there really isn't anything you can do on your own. BUT you can call a buissness to come get rid of the vitrus, and if they do get rid of it you should download an anti virus protection like mc afee so you dont get a virus again. trust me! my computer got a virus too! but i did just what i told you and they got rid of my virus, and then i picked it up from the place and it worked like new! they even cleaned my screen in and out! hope you get rid of the virus, those stupid hackers are allways making virusses! good luck with the computer! the best thing to do is reprogram your computer

Step one. call the teenage kid in your neighborhood whos good with computers*
Step two. Do what he/she says.
Step four. Get antivirus. MSE works great on Windows xp through vista. Get security essentials for Windows eight
Step five. Internet common sense

there is a way to back your computer up on the contral panel or there should be also i would use microsoft security essentials this is virus software that will help you to detect it and remove it earlier if it happens again (3

You coul try to enable another firewall via the command prompt or put an antivirus via a usb

easy put all of your programs to a thumb drive then delete them 1 by 1 (best if you backed up into different files THEN you will find the virus's location)
