ok! ill critique it. i would suggest making the wings different and the horns different. and maybe a change to the color scheme would be better. because the best pony oc would not stand out in a crowd. (this is just a suggestion) keep the red and blue, and probably not use the black. otherwise, its a great oc! just try and make him blend in a smidge more. i hope this helped!
