I'm not even going to respond(other than with this picture), because it WILL turn into another "tlc vs lando" kind of thing otherwise. Neh #jeez#tailboneachemuch?
In a shellnut: Someone pointed out one flaw in his painting and responded in a way that I thought was overreacting. I then told him that he was overreacting and that the flaw was still there but other parts were still good. He then proceeded to threaten me to not comment on his paintings ever again and tell me that I was judging him. So yeah. Nyeh.
Ah, yes I understand that, but there's no room for improvement if you don't see where the problem is. With his picture, he knew something was wrong with the hands, but he didn't say anything about the placement of the ear on the characters head, so someone pointed it out. It's not as if they told Lando was a failure to the human race or anything. I always think of critiques as somewhat flattering, because someone took the time to look at your art and point out things (that the artist themself may have not noticed) so you can improve. I remember taking some criticism very badly when I began to draw digitally(and with microsoft paint to boot!) and posted online, but in hindsight made me improve my work when I finally realized that, hey, they weren't insulting me as a person, I just need to study anatomy a little more!
Sometimes Lando gets a little too defensive with his artwork. I just take all critiques with a grain of salt unless it directly says 'YOU SUCK' but I don't get it often
He reminds me of that "JoshRComicz" that was on Flipnote..except Joshua was so mean. I tried to befriend him and he just pretty much said 'I hate your art' AND THEN I WON A FLIPNOTE WEEKLY CONTEST! TAKE THAT, JOSHUA! YOU'RE BANNED! Ahahahahaha......
