also i need time to recover from another 2 toxic ppl bc my paranoia used to be really bad but they js made it worse (WAAYY WORSE) i dlnt rlly care about them anymore, they can leak my ip, i wont care!! (yes they do have my ip)
i dont think its trust issues but js paranoia but i dont completely understand trust issues (if im correct having trouble trusting someone?) i dont have any trouble with that kts js i trust someone nd say things i regret over and over so yea, alsl sorry if this is venting!

i have good friends but im still so paranoid over everything that its stupid, becaus of those 2 ppl i constantly try to look for hidden threats in peoples messages nd stuff liek that but thats rlly it also sorry if it comes off as venting !!
