I just wish he put less effort into the *Valerie* account and more into his comics
'Mr. Eshop' has appeared more in extra stuff than in the actual comic he originates from ._.

Hed: At least he tries. And all comic writers tend to have a tough time figuring out where new characters could fit in.

Ramb: I think he knows that. It´s not a bad thing to have some criticism though. I don´t like how many people only think in extremes here and devide everyone into fans and haters of something. You can like something and still think (and say) what could make it better. My comment is a bit unrelated to the pic´s content though :P

Perfectly said whoever, I'm kind of a natural critic, but whenever I give opinions and suggestions to artists I like I usually get labeled a hater. Like here. :oT

I also tend to put a lot of effort into my comics. But I also tend to make my stories too serious in comparison to the random wacky faces and references comics of other people. People get disappointed because they didn´t get what they expected and respond awkwardly with the few jokes in there while remarking how good it looks. Some lose interest in my artwork in general because they think I lost my sense of humor in general and I lose my interest in continuing the series because barely anyone thinks it is in any way better than the other things I draw even though I put a lot of effort in them. Oh well...

I´m trying to make my current series a bit wackier in the next page. But trying to include more jokes hasn´t worked too well in the past, it just feels stale while stretching the series even longer. This series has a wackier set-up though, wish me luck this time :)

Wow, Whoever I'll wish you luck. I know you try. Sometimes I'm a little like that too.
