Ok he may be addicted to donots(BAD WORD?) and a hazard to any living thing by just being present, but I don't see how calling Vash the Stampede a strange man helps anything.

Well. He was massively based off Vash The Stampede. but since I drew this from memory I just called him Strange man. But he is supposed to be him I guess.
