Don't be so hard on yourself. Everyone has their own style. Develop a style that unique to you. In other words, learn techniques and keep practicing. As the years go by, the skills that you've learned will develop into you own unique style.

I can begin by telling you that it's on a spectrum. Meaning that no two people with it are alike. Also one of the traits of Autism is impaired social interaction. For example, most non-verbal social cues come easy to many people, but to many ppl on the spectrum it's just a little harder, though many of us can hold conversations w/ease. It's to complicated to explain it all here.
