I love Glaceon! Actually, I love all Eeveelutions, particularly Lefeon, Glaceon, and Espeon. Oh, a tip for making the little light specks: You could try making a transperent one, with a smaller, more solid one inside. I've found this usually makes for a pretty good effect.
