Depends how long... if it somehow stayed in the air then (and it would take a VERY long time) it would eventually have been all around thhe world. At the same time, it's just a meme, it's supposed to be funny, not make everyone comment on physics. (P.S. I was commenting on physics to the people commenting on physics.)
