People draw for many reasons: As a living, as a hobby, as an outlet, as a way to pass the time, and some of us just do it for the sake of it. I fall into categories 3 to 6. Drawing has never been a passion of mine; I'm more of a writer, and I'm only just starting to gain any confidence in my work---it can take forever before I'm happy with the finished product---but sometimes I get such an urge to draw that this task appears more of a project, and it's shown to be a good outlet.
